The team from Cheerful Goat is currently in Shanghai for HOTELEX Shanghai, and the exhibition is now in full swing. The event has been incredibly lively and exciting, with coffee professionals, café owners, distributors, and coffee lovers from all over the world gathering here to explore new products, new technology, and new ideas in the coffee industry.
This year, we are located at the Timemore booth, Booth 1.2M05, where we are showcasing our specialty freeze-dried coffee and portable coffee solutions. We are very happy to be part of the Timemore booth and to share the space with such a well-known brand in the coffee industry.
A Busy and Exciting Exhibition Atmosphere
From the moment the exhibition opened, the atmosphere has been energetic and busy. Many visitors have stopped by to learn more about our coffee, our freeze-dry technology, and our concept of Premium Coffee Anytime, Anywhere.
Throughout the day, we have been continuously brewing and serving coffee for visitors to taste. Many people were curious at first — especially when they heard the words “freeze-dried coffee” — but after tasting the coffee, many were pleasantly surprised by the aroma, smoothness, and flavor clarity.
It has been very rewarding for us to see people’s reactions when they realize that instant coffee can actually taste like specialty coffee.
Coffee Tasting and Customer Feedback
One of the highlights of the exhibition has been the coffee tasting sessions at our booth. Visitors have been able to try our coffee both hot and iced, and many people commented that the coffee was:
