Warranty – Coffee Equipment

Meraki – 2-Year Warranty

Timemore – 1-Year Warranty

Region: This warranty applies only to purchases made and used within Singapore (Meraki and Timemore products are sold exclusively in Singapore).


What's Covered

  • Non-human-damage quality issues within the warranty period

  • Both shipping costs to/from our Singapore service center are covered by us


Not Covered

  • Damage from misuse, dropping, water, or improper use

  • Unauthorized disassembly or repair

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, or aging

  • Damage from failure to follow the instruction manual

  • Claims made after the warranty period has expired


After Warranty Period

Paid repair is available (parts + labor, quoted after inspection).


For Meraki Customers

We will email you after purchase to collect your product model and serial number to activate your 2-year warranty.


Warranty Exclusions & Limitation of Liability

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all warranty claims

  • Our liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Indirect or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use, loss of profits)

    • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or acts of God (fire, flood, lightning, etc.)

    • Issues caused by unauthorized third-party repairs

  • All implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are excluded to the extent permitted by law
