1. About Our Subscription
Welcome to the Cheerful Goat Coffee Subscription.
Our subscription service is designed to offer convenience, consistency, and exclusive savings by delivering premium freeze-dried coffee to your door on a recurring basis. When you subscribe, you authorize Cheerful Goat Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Cheerful Goat”, “we”, “us”) to automatically process recurring shipments and charges according to your selected plan.
2. Subscription Agreement
This Subscription Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) governs your participation in Cheerful Goat’s recurring subscription program. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.
3. Subscription Enrollment
To enroll, you must:

Provide a valid payment method

Complete the subscription checkout process
Once confirmed, your subscription will begin immediately.
4. Automatic Renewal & Billing
4.1 Recurring Charges
Your subscription will automatically renew at the selected frequency (e.g. monthly, bi-monthly) until canceled.
You authorize Cheerful Goat to charge your selected payment method for:

Cancellation Policy
To avoid the next charge, cancellations must be made before your next billing date. Charges already processed cannot be refunded, but no future shipments will be sent.

Shipments already processed or delivered cannot be returned for a refund
