Our recent in-store coffee class was built around simplicity.
We focused on hand brewing fundamentals and small adjustments that make a real difference, from grind size to pouring rhythm.

The goal wasn’t perfection. It was understanding. Everyone left with a clearer sense of how coffee responds to care and patience, and how much joy there is in slowing down the process. Teaching coffee, for us, is just another way of inviting people into it.
