2. 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy (Change of Mind)
Within 7 days of your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to process an exchange or refund.
Return Requirements

Please check all products in your order upon receiving the package.

Due to lighting and camera variations, product images do not accurately reflect the exact physical color of our products. This does not qualify as a quality issue.

Only items in new and unused condition with original manufacturer packaging will be accepted for a refund.

The following items are non-refundable:

Items purchased from the clearance section or warehouse sale section

Items marked as clearance, discontinued, with visual imperfections, or closeout
-
All sales on clearance and warehouse sale items are final.

Return Tracking Responsibility

We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received at our warehouse.

Please use an insured and traceable shipping method (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or local trackable courier).

Please pack returns in the original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives at our warehouse in good condition.
3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days

Valuable Items Recommendation

If you are shipping an item valued over SGD 80 (or equivalent currency), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you do not use a trackable method.
Exchange Delivery Time
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
5. Product Warranty (Coffee Equipment)
Meraki Product Series — 2-Year Warranty
Meraki coffee equipment comes with a 2-year warranty.

Region: This warranty applies only to purchases made and used within Singapore (as Meraki products are sold exclusively in Singapore).

Activation: After receiving your product, we will email you to request the product model and serial number to activate your 2-year warranty.

Service Method: There is an official Meraki service center in Singapore.

Shipping Cost: We cover both shipping costs to and from the service center for warranty-covered repairs.
Not covered under warranty:

Damage caused by misuse, dropping, water damage, improper use, etc.

Damage caused by failure to follow the instruction manual

Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification
-
Normal wear and tear, scratches, fading, or aging

Claims made after the 2-year warranty period
After warranty period:

Paid repair service is available. Costs (parts + labor) will be quoted after inspection.
Timemore Product Series — 1-Year Warranty
Timemore coffee equipment comes with a 1-year warranty.

Region: This warranty applies only to purchases made and used within Singapore (as Timemore products are sold exclusively in Singapore).

Within one year from the purchase date, if a non-human-damage quality issue occurs, we will provide repair services.
Not covered under warranty:

Human damage

Failure to follow the instruction manual

Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification
-
Normal wear and tear, scratches, color differences (if they do not affect normal use)

Claims made after the 1-year warranty period
After warranty period:

Paid repair service is available.
6. Other Products (No Regional Restriction)
Cheerful Goat also sells the following products. The return & exchange policy (Section 2-4 above) applies to these products globally, same as in Singapore:

Freeze-dried coffee powder
-
Drinkware (glass cups, ceramic cups, and other fragile items)
-
Other non-Meraki / non-Timemore coffee accessories
Special note for drinkware: If damage is found upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours with an unboxing video/photo. We will handle it on a case-by-case basis. No claims will be accepted after 48 hours or for human-caused damage.
7. Limitation and Exclusions
Cheerful Goat sells products including: freeze-dried coffee powder, drinkware, Meraki coffee equipment, and Timemore coffee equipment. The following terms apply to all after-sales responsibilities:

Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email record) is required for all warranty and return claims.

Liability Cap: Cheerful Goat's liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Not Liable For (to the maximum extent permitted by law):

Indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from product use or performance
-
Damage caused by failure to follow instructions, misuse, negligence, accidents, or acts of God (fire, flood, lightning, etc.)

Any issues arising from unauthorized repairs or modifications by third parties
-

Implied Warranties: All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Warranty Exceptions: Human damage, out-of-warranty claims, or failure to activate warranty (for Meraki) are not covered for free service. Users will bear the applicable costs.
8. Important Notes

All returns, exchanges, and warranty repairs require prior authorization via
service@cheerfulgoat.com. Unauthorized shipments may not be processed or may incur additional fees. -
For Meraki and Timemore coffee equipment, warranty applies only to purchases made and used within Singapore.

For freeze-dried coffee powder and drinkware, the return & exchange policy applies globally with no regional restriction.
