Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Policy

Order Cancelling: You can cancel the order before shipped. Once your order has been shipped, sorry we cannot cancel the order for you.

Within 7 days of your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll be happy to process an exchange or refund the product.
● After receiving the packages, please check all the products in the order.
● As a result of lighting and camera variations, product images will not Accurate reflection the exact physical color of our products.
● Only items in new and unused condition with the original manufacturer package will be accepted for a refund.
●Items in the clearance section, warehouse sale section or marked clearance, discontinued, visual imperfections or closeout are non-refundable. All sales on clearance and warehouse sale items are final.
●We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received in our warehouse. Be sure to return the items via an insured and traceable method such as UPS or FedEx. Please pack returns in original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives to our warehouse in good condition.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
Returns with product quality problems:We offer free shipping in this case. We will prepare you a return label and please return your order to the sender address.
Returns with non-quality problems:You need to bear shipping cost in this case

If you are shipping an item over $80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
 

Limited Warranty

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and use in USA and Canada. A purchase receipt, purchase order number or other proof of date of original purchase is required before warranty service is performed. Cheerful Goat obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, or assisting in the repair at Cheerful Goat option. All repairs for which warranty claims are made must be preauthorized by Cheerful Goat . No warranty service will be provided to any appliance that has been tampered with, unless directed by a Cheerful Goat representative.
This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from negligent use or misuse of the appliance, use contrary to the operating instructions, failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, or disassembly, repair or alteration by anyone unless directed by a Cheerful Goat Representative.
This warranty does not cover units that are used outside of US and Canada. Further, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes and tornadoes.
Cheerful Goat is not responsible for shipping cost for warranty service.

Limitation and Exclusions
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the liability of Cheerful Goat , if any, for any allegedly defective appliance or part shall be limited to repair or replacement of the appliance or part and shall not exceed the purchase price of a comparable replacement appliance or part. THE PROVISIONS OF THIS WARRANTY ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT(S) COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES WITH RESPECIO THE APPLIANCES(S) INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.

Cheerful Goat is not responsible or liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the appliance or damages with respect to any economic loss, loss of property, loss of revenues or profits, loss of enjoyment or use, costs of removal, installation or other consequential damages of whatsoever nature. Some provinces/ states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, the above limitation may not apply to you.
You as the buyer may have other rights and remedies under your state's or province's applicable laws, which are in addition to any right or remedy which may be available under this limited warranty.
