Where Our Story Begins
Cheerful Goat is a brand born out of a love for coffee and a passion for excellence. Our name came from how coffee was first discovered in Ethiopia centuries ago. Legend has it that a goat herder noticed his goats became more lively and energetic after eating coffee berries. Our name reflects this spirit, representing the joy and positive energy that coffee brings.
Cheerful Goat is a proud sub-brand of Timemore, a world leader in specialty coffee gear. We share the same passion for exceptional coffee, while exploring fresh ideas. We specialize in premium freeze-dried coffee powder, crafted using Golden Cup standards and 36-hour low-temperature drying. Our coffee is calibrated together with world champion partners. Our Factory
In our 3,000 m2 super factory, our roasting system adjusts the roasting profile to the characteristics of the beans, optimizing flavor by precisely controlling temperature and time. An AI system monitors the entire process in real time to ensure roast quality. Based on the characteristics of coffee, we were the first to successfully develop a large-scale automated production line for freeze-dried coffee brewed at ultra-low temperatures.
Quality at Origin
We train coffee farmers to grow high-quality Arabica beans through hands-on guidance in soil management, shade cultivation, selective harvesting, and processing. By combining expertise with sustainable practices, we help improve bean quality, consistency, and yield, while supporting farmers’ livelihoods and ensuring every cup begins with responsibly grown coffee.

From bustling heartland malls to iconic downtown streets, these events have brought us face-to-face with thousands of Singaporeans, earning its place as a beloved and recognized brand nationwide.
Charity & Training
Cheerful Goat is committed to empowering communities through coffee education. We offer a WSQ SkillsFuture Coffee Barista Course — a 2-day government-subsidized program where participants pay only half the fees (eligible for SFC, UTAP, and PSEA). Beyond local training, we also regularly train coffee farmers in soil management, selective harvesting, and processing to improve bean quality and support sustainable livelihoods.
